The Inspection Report Home inspections by South Coast Inspections, Inc. are performed in strict accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission Standards of Practice for real estate home inspectors, and actually exceed these minimal state requirements. Your home inspection report is computer driven, complete with check boxes (mandated by the state) and narrative reporting, plus color photos included inside the report. As each and every house is different, each of our inspections reports is unique and individually tailored to the structure in question. We don't use "hot keys" and standard "plug in" phrases, but instead, accurately describe the condition of the house. Each report, including photos, is printed on site at the time of the inspection and presented to you in an attractive binder. Our average inspections last about 4 hours per house, but the report is thorough and in your hand when you leave the inspection. At your request, the report will be emailed to your real estate agent, or anyone else you wish. For your privacy, emailed reports are protected by the latest 128 bit encryption coding available in Adobe Acrobat 5.0.
