Thank you for doing the inspection on our new house. We were very impressed with your inspection and report. It was over and beyond what we had expected. It was very thorough and we loved the fact that you were able to get us the report within the same day and included the pictures that were taken. In my case I was happy that the report was so easy to read and I loved the fact that you described exactly what needed to be fixed and the pictures had arrows pointing to the problem. We would have never noticed some of the stuff you found wrong. We strongly recommend to other people that they do have Mark Peebler do their home inspection. I simply won't purchase a home or business property without having it inspected by Mark Peebler and South Coast Inspections. Mark's thoroughness is second to none. I've had more than 10 inspections in the last 10 years and Mark's are simply the best of the best. His detailed report, provided that same day with color photos of the deficient areas, is a home/business buyer's guide to a great purchase and the satisfaction of knowing that your and your family's safety is clearly the No. 1 priority to ensuring the inspection reveals any unsafe conditions/code violations. And, as it may turn out, the inspection report is a great wake up call that the property deficiencies outweigh its safety and/or investment value. What I personally enjoy about getting my property inspected by a true professional like Mark, is his expert knowledge, easy-to-understand advice on how to get things fixed/corrected, and his willingness to go over the report in detail so you know how to approach the seller/builder to resolve the issues/deficiencies. This is why I say "I'll never purchase another property without having Mark Peebler perform the inspection."
