Prices start at $300. 00 for a typical single family dwelling up to 1500 square feet.  Prices may be affected by age, type, and condition of structure, as well as location.  Condominium unit prices start at $275.00 for a small one bathroom unit.

A specific bid will be provided for commercial inspections, which are normally larger and more complicated.

South Coast inspections, Inc. will give you a timely, accurate and informative inspection.   In order to help the process flow smoothly, remember the following.

• all utilities should be turned on for the inspection 

• all areas of the building should be fully accessible 

• all pets should be contained 

• location and building age may effect pricing 

• re-inspection fee $100. min

• invoicing to title company, $25 additional fee

• min $25 fee if inspection cancelled without 48 hour notice

Inspection fees are based on a single property visit & due at or before the time of the inspection.

Cancellation Policy (48 hours notice)   South Coast inspections, Inc. will be happy to cancel or reschedule our services free of charge if 48 hours notice is provided.  Proper notice allows us time to give the time slot to another client.  If 48 hours notice is not possible and we are able to schedule with another individual anyway, your fee will be returned in it's entirety.  Thank you for understanding our company policy regarding this issue.
