From our first telephone contact, Mark was very polite and knowledgeable. We asked many questions, and he was able to answer them all. Mark was accommodating to our schedule and arrived promptly on inspection day. He performed a lengthy and thorough whole house inspection include the pool. The final inspection report provided a detailed analysis of possible problem areas including multiple photos which were indeed helpful. We also appreciated the quick report the same day.
